The award is conferred every year in recognition of exemplary safety standards, customer satisfaction and on flight experience.As per the Awards citation Emirates was conferred the award in recognition of the Dubai-based carrier’s “strong commitment to safety and operational excellence, trendsetting customer service and superb financial performance”.
